Credit Rules & Policies

Monthly Credits

  • Reset completely each month on your billing date
  • No rollover - unused credits don't carry forward
  • Cannot be refunded - they're part of your subscription
  • Use first - LiGo uses monthly credits before purchased credits

Purchased Credits

  • Never expire - use them anytime
  • Stack with monthly credits for extra capacity
  • Used second - after monthly subscription credits are exhausted

Checking Your Credits

Where to See Your Balance

  • Dashboard shows current credit balance for each type
  • Monthly reset - credits refresh on your billing date
  • Usage history - track what you've used credits on

Credit Usage Priority

LiGo automatically uses your credits in this order:

  1. Monthly credits first (from your subscription)
  2. Purchased credits second (your extra credit packs)

This ensures you get maximum value from your monthly subscription before using purchased credits.

Managing Your Credits Effectively

Smart Usage Tips

  • Monitor your usage regularly through the dashboard
  • Plan your content creation around your monthly limits
  • Buy extra credits for busy periods or special campaigns
  • Use monthly credits first by tracking your remaining balance

When to Buy Extra Credits

  • You're approaching your monthly limit
  • You have a content campaign that needs extra posts/comments
  • You need credits that won't expire with your billing cycle

Common Questions

"What happens if I run out of credits?"

You can buy more credits instantly from your dashboard through the credits purchase page. There's no service interruption - just purchase and continue creating.

"Do purchased credits affect my monthly plan?"

No. Purchased credits are separate and just give you extra capacity beyond your monthly plan limits.

"Can I get refunds on unused monthly credits?"

No. Monthly credits are part of your subscription and reset each month. And unused credits are neither rolled over, nor refundable. We have a "try before you buy" policy for all purchases as you would have noticed.

"How do I know which credits I'm using?"

Your dashboard shows whether you're using monthly credits or purchased credits for each action. Monthly (subscription) credits are always used first.

"Can I share credits with team members?"

Credits are tied to individual accounts. For team collaboration, consider our delegate access features or separate accounts for team members.

"What if I downgrade my plan mid-month?"

Your current monthly credits remain available until your next billing cycle. The new plan's credit allocation takes effect on your next billing date.

"Do credits expire if I cancel my subscription?"

  • Monthly credits expire when your subscription ends
  • Purchased credits never expire, even if you cancel your subscription
