Dashboard Overview
When you log into LiGo, you'll be greeted by the dashboard. It's designed to give you quick access to all core features while providing visibility into your account usage and the latest updates.
The dashboard is organized into four primary sections:
- LinkedIn Performance - Quick View of your LinkedIn analytics
- Your Content Calendar - View and manage scheduled posts
- Plan Usage - Monitoring your subscription limits
- Message Board - Latest announcements and updates
Let's explore each section in detail.
LinkedIn Performance
The "LinkedIn Performance" section is located on the top left side of your dashboard and gives you a quick view of your LinkedIn analytics.
It also provides a direct link to more detailed analytics of your account. To access that, select the "View Full Analytics" option located at thr top right of the LinkedIn Performance section:

Note: You can view upto the last 30 days of analytics for free, beyond that would require a pro subscription.
Pro Tip: If you're new to LiGo, we recommend starting with the Themes Library to ensure your content themes are properly configured.
Your Content Calendar
It is located at the top right corner of your dashboard. It is available only for premium users. It allows you to get a calendar of all your scheduled posts.
For optimal engagement, you may want to schedule your posts for specific times:
Basic Scheduling Process from Dashboard
- Select the "Schedule Posts Now" button located at the calendar modal
- You will be directed to the "Publish Post" page
- Select "Schedule for later"
- Select your desired publication date from the calendar
- Choose a time from the options provided
- Click "Schedule" to confirm
Selecting Optimal Times
LiGo offers several scheduling options:
- Popular Times: Pre-selected times shown as buttons (e.g., 8:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 7:30 PM)
- Custom Time Selection: Click "Select Custom Time" to pick a specific time
- Time Zone Selection: Use the dropdown to select your preferred time zone
Important Note: You must select both a date and time to schedule a post. The scheduling system currently works in 15-minute intervals.
Custom Time Selection
To set a specific custom time:
- Click "Select Custom Time"
- A time picker will appear
- Set the hour using the top selector
- Set the minutes (in 15-minute increments) using the middle selector
- Select AM or PM using the bottom selector
- Click "Confirm" to set your custom time
Pro Tip: For Premium users, LiGo will eventually incorporate personalized best posting times based on your LinkedIn analytics data, optimizing when your content goes live for maximum engagement.
Plan Usage Monitor
The Plan Usage section gives you a clear visual representation of your current usage against your plan limits:

Content Creation
- Active Themes - The number of content themes you're currently using
- Ideas Generated - The number of content ideas you've generated out of your plan limit
- Posts Generated - The number of LinkedIn posts you've created
- Repurpose Content - The number of content themes you're currently using
- Comments Generated - The number of comments created using the chrome extension
- Data Refreshes - How many times you've refreshed your LinkedIn data
- Chat Messages - The number of analytics chat queries you've used
Credits Usage
- Comments Generation - The number of comments you have generated
- Repurpose Content - The number of content ideas that you have repurposed
Each metric shows:
- Your current usage
- Your plan limit
- A visual progress bar
Pro Tip: If you're approaching your usage limits, consider upgrading your plan by either going to "Account Management" on your sidebar and selecting "Manage Subscription", or by clicking the Explore Plans button on the Plan Usage section on the dashboard.
Message Board
The Message Board section at the bottom of your dashboard keeps you informed about:
- New feature announcements
- Product updates
- Tips for getting the most out of LiGo
- Upcoming changes or improvements
This is your go-to source for staying up-to-date with LiGo's evolution.

Common Questions
How do I check how many posts I have left in my plan?
Look at the "Posts Generated" metric in the Plan Usage section. The format "-X/Y" shows that you have used X out of your total allocation of Y.
Where can I find newly released features?
Check the Message Board section for announcements about new features. Major feature releases will be prominently displayed here.
What should I do if I've reached my usage limits?
You can upgrade your plan by going to your account settings through the profile icon in the top-right corner and selecting the "Billing" option.
