How to Reinstall LiGo's Chrome Extension

Open Chrome extensions page
- Type
chrome://extensions/
in your address bar and press Enter
- Type

Find LiGo extension
- Look for "LiGo" in the list of extensions

Remove it
- Click the "Remove" button next to the LiGo extension

Get it back immediately
- The page will show a "Reinstall" button - click it
- If no reinstall button appears: Go to Chrome Web Store and install

Log back in
- Use your existing LiGo email and password
- Do NOT create a new account

Test it
- Go to LinkedIn and refresh the page (press F5)
- Right-click on any post to see "Generate comments for this post" option
- Wait for a few seconds, extension can take a few seconds to "kickstart" for the first time (but never more than 10 seconds, if it's taking longer on a "modern system", please click the extension icon and open the sidebar manually and then try generating comments again).
- Done! Should work now.
If Reinstalling Didn't Work
Try the manual logout/login process:

Find your profile picture
- In the LiGo extension sidebar, look at the bottom right
- You'll see a small circular profile picture

Logout
- Hover over that profile picture
- Click "Log out" when the option appears

Close the sidebar
- Close the entire LiGo extension sidebar

Login again
- A new tab will open automatically
- Enter your LiGo email and password

Back to LinkedIn
- Return to LinkedIn
- Press F5 to refresh the page
- Right-click on posts to test functionality
- Open LiGo extension sidebar again if needed
Browser Requirements
LiGo works on:
- Google Chrome (best option)
- Microsoft Edge
LiGo does NOT work on:
- Mobile phones (never will - Chrome extensions don't work on mobile)
- Tablets (not supported)
- Firefox, Safari, or other browsers
Common Problems & Quick Answers
"I don't see the right-click options on LinkedIn posts"
- Refresh LinkedIn (press F5)
- Make sure you're on a desktop computer
- Check that you're using Chrome or Edge
"Extension was working last month, now it's broken"
This happens because authentication tokens expire to follow security best practices. Reinstalling always fixes it.
"I'm on my phone and it's not working"
Chrome extensions don't work on mobile devices. You need a desktop computer with Chrome or Edge.
"I use Firefox/Safari"
LiGo only officially supports Chrome and Edge. Install one of those browsers for the best experience.

- What exactly you see when it's not working (an image/video would be super helpful)
